Who We Are

District Three is composed of fourteen garden clubs in Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Albany, Schoharie, and Schenectady counties in New York State. Our mission is to foster education, beautification, and environmental awareness while promoting the art of gardening and preserving our natural resources. We are proud members of the Federated Garden Clubs of New York State, the Central Atlantic Region of State Garden Clubs, and National Garden Clubs, and are part of one of the largest volunteer gardening organizations in the world. We bring our clubs together to celebrate, protect, and beautify the world around us.

Interested In Growing With Us?

District Three is a community of gardeners who love to promote all things growing. We do that by cultivating friendships, germinating a purpose, and exchanging ideas. We hold two district meetings a year, in spring and fall, that keeps all our clubs interested and apprised of whats going on with all the clubs in our district and whats going on with state and national garden clubs.
