AGENDA

REGISTRATION: 9–11 a.m.
Breakfast Bar: Upon arrival. Assorted pastries and fruit, coffee, and tea
VENDORS, EXHIBITS, AND Beverages: Throughout the day
50/50 Raffle, Ways and Means Table, and Raffle Baskets: 9 a.m.–noon
BUSINESS MEETING AND Awards Ceremony: 10–11 a.m.
BUFFET LUNCHEON: 11:45 a.m.
Menu: Meatballs, Chicken Francaise, Pasta, Salad, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables. Dessert: Chocolate Mousse, Coffee, and Tea
RAFFLE DRAWING: 12:45 p.m.
RESERVATIONS: $30,PREPAID AND RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 26. Please allow sufficient time for mail delivery! Complete Registration Form.
DIRECTIONS: Take I-87 (NYS Thruway) to Exit 21B (Coxsackie). Turn left onto State Route 9W South. Continue 4.6 miles on State Rt. 9W to Pegasus Restaurant (on right).
